This Privacy Notice explains how TASKA AMILAH collects, uses, stores, protects and discloses the personal data of parents, guardians, payers and children through the TASKA AMILAH Fee Portal.

• Names of parents, guardians, payers and children.

• Fee Portal account information.
• Invoice, fee, discount, voucher, payment and receipt information.
• Payment methods, transaction references and transaction status.
• Payment evidence submitted for verification.
• Dates, times, IP addresses, device information and portal activity records.
• Communications relating to accounts, invoices and payments.

TASKA AMILAH does not store users’ online banking passwords, PINs or bank login credentials.

• Create and manage parent or guardian accounts.
• Issue invoices, record payments and generate official receipts.
• Verify and reconcile payment transactions.
• Send account invitations, reminders, invoices, receipts and notifications.
• Respond to enquiries and provide assistance.

• The selected payment gateway, bank or payment network.

TASKA AMILAH does not sell personal data to other parties.

Reasonable security measures are used to protect data against loss, misuse, alteration and unauthorised access. Data is retained for as long as required for administrative, financial or audit purposes, or for the period required by law, after which it will be appropriately deleted or anonymised.

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and current. Requests to access, correct or enquire about personal data may be submitted to TASKA AMILAH. Certain records may need to be retained for financial, audit or legal compliance purposes.

7. Children’s information

A parent or guardian who provides a child’s information confirms that they have the authority to do so for fee administration and TASKA service purposes.
